Big Al (the short one) is in charge of making lists. He is also the team's chief do-er. These two things work together quite nicely - Al works out and what's wrong with the car and fixes it! Rarely seen, not doing something. Notable achievements include race victories at Pembrey, Brands Hatch and Silverstone.Most likely to say: “ I've got no idea what Mike is on about how about we rebuild the entire engine, then re-weld the chassis, whip the suspension off, and bung it back together before the next race.”
